RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of the date of receipt. A return is accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

• The purchase must have been made exclusively through our online store.

• Returned items must be in excellent condition, in their original packaging, with all original tags and protective labels intact.

• The return must include the Return Form (download here) which should be placed inside the return package along with the purchase receipt or a copy of it.

RETURN TERMS

• Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the Company.

• For hygiene reasons, returns on underwear are not accepted.

• Returns must be made by sending the item(s) to our e-shop via a courier company.

• Only refunds are offered for returned items, following the procedures of the online store.

• Product exchanges are not supported, nor can returns or exchanges be processed in physical retail stores.

• Gifts cannot be exchanged. In the case of a return involving a gift, the refund will be issued exclusively to the original purchaser.

• The customer is solely responsible for choosing the courier company and ensuring the timely and safe delivery of the return parcel to our warehouse. The company bears no responsibility for any loss, delay, or failed delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill in the QTY column based on the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the REASON FOR RETURN in the corresponding column.

2. Place the item(s) securely in the return package and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

3. Drop off your package at a courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Defective Products for Greece & Abroad

The company is responsible for any actual defects and the lack of agreed-upon properties in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code, as currently in force. In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by the company. Please contact us by email at [email protected]  so that, after evaluating your request, we can arrange your return.
